Augusta Gaming Information
There are plenty of gamers of all varieties in the Augusta area, we just aren't organized in the least bit.
Once upon a time, (the "golden age" of Augusta gaming in the 90's), a large group, under the direction of Dr.
Jim Birdseye, used to meet monthly at Augusta State University.
We again hope to reconstitute a large group of players that congregates on a regular basis. Mike Baker took
the initiative and formed the CSRA Gamers gaming group. If you are interested in joining, contact
Mike. Mike has been holding meetings once/month at various
locations. This year, several gaming stores have closed. Luckily, Comic, Books, & Games (CBG), on Gordon
Highway is open, has plenty of gaming space, and all genres of gaming can be found there.
