Event Listing
Although the Convention Guide has gone to print, you can still host an event. Space is extremely limited so click on "Event Matrix" below to check the schedule. Even if a game session is listed as full, contact the webmaster as there might have been a cancellation in the slot you want. Event submissions will not be accepted after January 18, 2008; any remaining tables will be for open gaming.
The following document lists the events that are currently scheduled to be run at this year's Siege (just click on the underlined "Event Listing" to open the MS Word document). This document will typically be updated every Wednesday night. Please submit your events ASAP as space is limited. Events submitted after January 1, 2008, will not be in the printed Convention Guide.
No, it doesn't cost anything more to host an event (e.g., table rental). Event hosts must pay the Convention Fee like attendees. While we hope to change this in the future but at present, the convention is not large enough to allow Event Hosts in for free or at a reduced rate.
Yes, you may pre-register for up to three (3) events prior to the start of the Siege as long as you mail in your pre-registration form (and send the registration fee). Simply email the Webmaster with your name and the events you wish to sign-up for. There will be an Event Registration Binder at the Registration Desk at the Siege to sign up for events; pre-registrants will already be annotated.
